Acquaintance vs Friend

Acquaintance- Someone who is one click above a total stranger, someone that you just know their name, but not very well or that close. Typically people that you see at work or at school that you never bother to see outside of those circumstances. &/Or Typically your friend's friends that you run in to at a party or going out.

Friend- A person who would never intentionally hurt you, lie to you, deceive you, manipulate you, abuse you and who takes great care to be kind to you, honest with you, dependable and loyal. Someone who you trust without question because they have never given you any reason not to trust them. Someone you enjoy being around and look forward to seeing. Someone who would sacrifice themselves for you.

(Ever get tired of this worlds falsified ways? How do you manage to have "real friends" within this currency? Does it ever bother you to look into your surroundings & realize that you don't have many dependable people standing there in front of you? What happens when your desperate to be heard & no one cares enough to listen? Your struggling with your most inner complications, but the disease of selfishness has taken over this world... what now? Your daily battles only get worst but still you can't find someone who's willingness allows them to humble themselves unto hearing you out... ITS ALL A SHAME!!! EVERYONE NEEDS A TRUE FRIEND!)

    Acquaintances? Yea, they're everywhere!
For more than 90% of this world they're the easiest to deal with because there's no kind of commitment to a person & you don't have to "worry" about the next individual in a sort of way. Whether you see these people doesn't make a difference because the lack of bondage just doesn't allow internal affection to grow naturally out of you when your neighbor is in need. (Selfish Mind-frame)

Friends? You can't find too many of them. Its unfortunate.
Being a friend requires a commitment of looking out for that other person or other people if you want to befriend more than one individual. It requires love, patience, an open heart & an open mind, dependability, loyalty, honesty, listening skills, willingness, and just equal treatment from you to them & from them to you.
Accepting a friendship means that this other person has demonstrated high potential disposition of being that friend your already offering to be.

Don't be discouraged by the chaotic generation were part of, let the right people walk into your life with wisdom from the higher power. We all need a true friend because were humans, its as simple as that. We all someone we can count on through our ups and downs. Be patient and wait for that person. You'll know when that person or those people are the ones you can label with "forever". God knows who need in our lives, that's why allowing him to have control of such things always turns out successful. Its true that you can't trust way too many individuals now a days BUT there is still an existing percentage of potential true friends that could establish life time friendships with you!

    Advice:

1. How to pick a friend:
Proverbs 14:6-7 A scoffer seeks wisdom in vain, but knowledge is easy for a man of understanding. Leave the presence of a fool, for there you do not meet words of knowledge.

1 Corinthians 15:33 Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”

2.How to treat your friend:
Ephesians 4:29-32 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

3.Importance of friendships:
Proverbs 11:14 Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.
Proverbs 19:20 Listen to advice and accept instruction, that you may gain wisdom in the future.
Proverbs 24:5 A wise man is full of strength, and a man of knowledge enhances his might,
